I had a pleasant stay at the Inn during my recent business trip. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the convention center, which made commuting effortless. The staff was notably friendly and accommodating, particularly David, who provided useful local dining tips. The room met all basic needs and was adequately comfortable for my work purposes.

Convenient location and friendly staff
I needed an affordable place to stay for an event in Long Beach, and this hotel was perfect for the price. The room had all the basic necessities, and David from the front desk was incredibly social and friendly, giving great recommendations for dining and local attractions. However, the cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved.

We visited the Aquarium and enjoyed the nearby cruise terminal. It was great having lots of dining options just steps away. The pool was clean, and we had easy access to parking, which was a huge plus.
One downside was the thin walls. we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit distracting at times.

good stay but needs improvements
The room was modern and well-decorated. I appreciated the proximity to various dining options, especially the Vons across the street.
The pool area was too cold for a swim during my visit.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a comfortable outdoor swimming pool that provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring the attractions just a couple of blocks away.

During our stay, we found the location super convenient, especially since we could walk to the Aquarium of the Pacific. The staff was friendly, and it was a relief to be able to bring our dog along. My kids loved the proximity to fun activities!
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms was overwhelming. If they could improve soundproofing, it would greatly enhance the experience for families with children.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Room. it was clean with a refreshing wall unit AC. The neighborhood has many lively bars and nice restaurants, perfect for a solo traveler. However, the faint smell of smoke was noticeable. Overall, a decent value for the price.

I needed a place for a weekend event, and it was just right for the price. I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only small hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

missingWrote a review on 12 Julspacious roomstrategic locationcleanliness issues
The room's size offered decent space for a solo traveler, allowing movement without feeling cramped. The location sits close to several key attractions, making it a strategic base for exploring the area.
The cleanliness could use some improvement. I found a hair in the microwave and a spider in the bathroom, which is less than ideal. The bed sheets weren't the softest either, which might trouble someone looking for comfort. Additionally, the noise levels from surrounding streets were noticeable, making it hard to achieve a solid night's sleep.

The King Room was decent but nothing fancy. It was clean enough, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. The location was super handy for getting to local attractions, and check-in was quick. However, the noise from nearby rooms could be distracting at times. Overall, pretty standard for the price.

Decent place for a quick stay
We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was big and the beds were super comfy. There’s a Vons right across, which made grabbing snacks easy. The location’s great, close to the beach but the walls are kinda thin. You can hear everything next door, so not ideal if you're a light sleeper.
